Very rude staff, I have called on the given number to understand about a service and seek support but the person on the call was rude and hung up without even listening to the requirement. I called again to clarify then he put my call on hold and didnt speak. Well, if this is the case of a renowned law firm, they should check their basics. Poor experience. Get your basics right by atleast treating people and listening to their query and requirements.
